What MegaAlpha QR is
MegaAlpha QR is ordering and payment software operated by Mega Alpha Investment L.L.C OPC. Restaurants use it to publish their menu and take orders. We are not the restaurant: the food, the price and the service are the restaurant’s responsibility.
Placing an order
An order is a request to the restaurant, and the restaurant may decline it. Prices, taxes and any service charge are set by the restaurant and are shown in full before you pay.
Payment and refunds
Payment is taken by the restaurant’s payment provider. Refunds are issued by the restaurant, under the restaurant’s own policy. Contact the restaurant directly for a refund.
Cancelling
You may cancel an order yourself while it is still pending. Once the kitchen has accepted it, cancellation is a conversation with the restaurant.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to place orders you do not intend to pay for, to disrupt a restaurant’s operations, or to attempt to access data that is not yours.
